Manage and update customer data using CRM tools.

Plan and optimize CRM campaigns (email, WA, in-app) to drive engagement and retention.

Create and manage CRM content (copyline, campaign stories, key visuals) in collaboration with the design team.

Analyze customer behavior and CRM metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with content, digital, and sales teams to align CRM & marketing initiatives.

Support website content development for brand and SEO consistency.

Bachelor’s degree in any major.

Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or email automation.

Proficient with CRM and automation tools.

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with keen attention to detail.

Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills.

Experience or understanding of SEO, content optimization, and analytics tools is a strong plus.

Willing to be assigned in Head Office, Senayan, Central Jakarta
